Q. I found a bug. Where should I report it?

Please email the address below with your device, OS version, and the steps to reproduce.

Q. How long until I get a reply?

As an independent developer, we usually reply within 3–5 business days, depending on the inquiry.

Q. Do the apps cost money?

It varies by app. Any charges are clearly stated on each App Store page and within the app.

Account & data deletion

For apps that support account creation, you can initiate account deletion from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), in line with App Store policy. Deleting your account also deletes the associated personal data.

If you cannot delete from within the app, or to request data deletion, contact the email above. We will respond promptly after verifying your identity.
