suplum (“we”, “us”) sets out below its privacy policy (“this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ information on the websites and applications we operate (“the Service”).
Note: This Policy is a standard template for a sole proprietorship. Where the data collected differs by app, we disclose the specifics in each app’s App Store privacy details and in this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features provided, we may collect the following. The items actually collected differ by app and are disclosed at the point of collection.
- Information you provide when contacting us (your name or nickname, email address, and the content of your inquiry)
- For apps that support account creation, registration data (such as your email address)
- Technical information such as usage and diagnostics (device type, OS version, crash logs)
We do not collect special-category personal information (such as beliefs or medical history) without your consent.
2. Purpose of use
We use collected information within the scope of the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Responding to inquiries and bug reports
- Addressing conduct that violates our Terms of Use
- Sending important notices about the Service
3. Third-party services
We may use third-party services (SDKs, analytics tools, etc.) to provide, analyze, or deliver features. When we do, we disclose the service name and the information collected in the relevant app’s privacy details and in this Policy. 4. Tracking (ATT)
As a rule, our apps do not perform advertising-related tracking. If we ever track across apps and websites via a third-party service, we do so only after requesting permission in the app in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain collected information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and we appropriately delete information that is no longer needed.
7. Account and data deletion requests
For apps that support account creation, you can initiate account deletion from within the app. Deleting your account also deletes the associated personal data. If you cannot delete from within the app, or if you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal data, please contact us via the details on our Support page. We will respond promptly after verifying your identity, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Security
We take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we collect.
9. Minors
If you are a minor, please use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may change this Policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
