Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“these Terms”) set out the conditions for using the applications and websites (“the Service”) provided by suplum (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, the user (“you”) is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us relating to the use of the Service.

The use of apps distributed through the App Store is subject, in addition to these Terms, to Apple Inc.’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). In case of conflict between these Terms and the standard EULA, these Terms prevail with respect to the relevant app.

2. Fees

Fees for the Service are shown on each app’s App Store page and within the app. Where paid features or subscriptions exist, the price and billing and renewal conditions are disclosed before purchase. Payment is processed through the App Store, and billing and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s rules.

3. Prohibited conduct

In using the Service, you must not:

  • Violate laws or public order and morals
  • Infringe the rights or interests of us or third parties
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Engage in unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or similar acts
  • Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

4. Suspension and changes to the Service

We may suspend, interrupt, or change all or part of the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, failures, or other reasons.

5. Disclaimer

We make no express or implied warranty that the Service is free of defects in fact or in law. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to us or to the rightful holders.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary, without notice to you. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
